Uses:

This is another Jasminus spicies. Flower yield a fragrant essential oil. It is used as a deodrant infoul smelling ear and nose diseases. Root, Leaves and Flowers are used as galactogogues, therefore used as lactifuge. Leaves if boiled in oil exude a balsam which is used for anointing the head in complaints and also to strengthen the vision. It is also used as a remedy in case of insanity.

மல்லி வகைகளில் இதுவும் ஒன்று. இதன் பூ மணமிக்கது. இதிலிருந்து கிடைக்கும் எண்ணையிலிருந்து வாசனாதி திரவங்கள் செய்யப்படுகின்றன. இதன் பூக்களை மார்பகங்களில் கட்டி பால் சுரப்பதை தடுப்பர். கண் பற்றிய நோய்களில் இதன் சமூலம் பயனாகிறது. இதன் பயன் கருதி உடல்பூச்சு தைலங்களில் இதை கலந்து பாவிப்பார்கள்.
