Action and Uses:
Leaves and roots are Antidote and Diuretic. Plant is Anthelmintic, Anti-rheumatic, Emmengogue, Carminative and Deobstruent. Cold infusion of leaves is considered as Depurative. Plant is used as Emollient poultice.
இச்செடிக்கு வாதநோய், சீதபேதி. ஆசன கடுப்பு,கட்டி ஆகியவற்றிற்கு குணம் தரும். இலைச் சாற்றில் பெரும்பாடு தணியும். இலையும் வேரும் பாம்புக் கடிக்குச் சிறந்த மருந்தாகப் பயன்படுகிறது. இலைச்சாறு செந்தூரம் செய்யப் பயன்படுகிறது. இலையின் குளிர்ந்த கஷாயம் இரத்தத்தைச் சுத்தப்படுத்தும்.
