Germicide, Insecticide, Uterine Tonic. Emmenogogue, Anti-syphilitic and Vulnerary.
Uses:
The leaf is bitter in taste. The leaf paste is used as an external application for eczema of the skin. The decoction of the leaves eradicates intestinal worms and increa-ses the salivary secretion.
இதன் இலை கசப்புச் சுவையும், வெப்பத்தன்மையும் கொண்டது. சொறி சிரங்குகள் மீது இதன் இலைகளை அரைத்துப் பூசலாம். மேலும் உமிழ்நீர் தேவையான அளவு , சுரக்க, வயிற்றிலுள்ள நுண்புழுக்களை அழிக்க இதன் இலைகளைக் கழுவி, ஐந்நூறு மில்லி சுத்தமான தண்ணீரில் இட்டுக்காய்ச்சி வடிகட்டி குடிக்கவேண்டும்.
