Habit :

Creeper

Parts used:

Fruit and tuberous roots

Constituents:

An alkaloid. Ash contains the trace of manganese.

Action :

Stimulant, Astringent. Antirheumatic and Vulverary. Juice of the root is Antiseptic.

Uses:

This cures joint pains, ulcers and set broken bones.

காட்டுப் பாகல் இது பித்தத்தையும், சுரப்பானையும் உண்டாக்கும்.இரசம். பாஷாண மருந்துகளை முறித்து, தேகத்திற்கு கெடுதியை உண்டாக்கும். இதன் விதையிலிருந்து தைலம் இறக்கி ரண மருந்தாக உபயோகிப்பார்கள்.
