Lithontriptic, Expectorant and Stomachic. Seeds are Emetic and Cathartic.

Uses:

This is used in treating anuresis, disorders of the spleen, liver, phlegmatic cough, stomach ache and biliousness.

மெழுகுப் பீர்க்கினால் நீரடைப்பு, கல்லீரல், மண்ணீரல் நோய்கள்,கப இருமல், பித்தாதிக் கத்தினால் உண்டாகும் வயிற்று நோய்கள் குணப்படும்.
