Uses:
This is used as a medicine for vigour and vitality. This gives relief from dysentery and rheumatic disor-ders. It’s leaf along with milk if taken regularly for 40 day-gives vigour and vitality. This gives relief from urinery infections.
இது நீரில் வளரும் செடியல்ல. வயல்வெளியிலும், சதுப்பு நிலங்களிலும் வளரும். யூனானி வைத்தியர்கள் இதனை ரன்னபுருசு என்பார்கள். இம்மூலிகை காளை வயதில் கட்டுக்கடங்காமல் காம நினைவுகளால் உடம்பைக் கெடுத்துக் கொண்ட இளைஞனை கல்யாணத்திற்கு தகுதி உடையவனாக்கும். எனவே இளவயதில் கிழட்டுத் தனமாக்கிவிட்ட வாலிபர்களுக்கெல்லாம் ரெத்தின புருஷ் என்ற இந்த மூலிகை ஒரு வரப்பிரசாதம் ஆகும்.
