Leaves contain a volatile oil which is known as peppermint oil

Action:

Leaves are Antiseptic. Deodarant, Stimulant and Carminative. Plant is Stimulant, Stomachic, Carminative and Antiseptic.

Uses:

This is cultivaicd in foreign countries. The oil extracted from this plant is aromatic and used in confectionaries.

மிட்டாய், பெப்பர்மிண்ட், இது மேனாட்டில் வளரும் புதினா வகை. இதிலிருந்து வடிக்கப்படும் எண்ணெயில் காரச்சுவை அதிகமாக இருக்கும்.
