Action :

Leaves are Anti-rheumatic. Root is Anti-bilious and Febrifuge.

Uses:

Bruised leaves applied to relieve pain in rheumatism. Root is used in erysipelas, biliousness and fevers.

புலிக்கண் கொடியின் வேரிலிருந்து ஒருவித வாசனைத் தைலம் இறக்குவர்.இலையை சிதைத்து வாதநோய்க்கு வைத்துக் கட்ட வலியைப் போக்கும். வேர் அக்கியையும், சுரத்தையும் குணப் படுத்தும்.
