Uses:
This plant improves digestible power and acts as an appetizer. This is very nutritive and helps for the better growth. Calcium and Vitamin A and B is abundant in this plant. This is also used to treat neuritis intestinal ulcers. eczema and eye disorders. Asthmatic is also could be reduced. The greying process of the hair could be reduced if it is con-sumed regularly.
இக் கீரை ஜீரண சக்தியை வளர்த்துப் பசியைத் தூண்டும். சீரான உடல் வளர்ச்சிக்கு முளைக்கீரை மிகவும் சிறந்தது. இக் கீரையில் சுண்ணாம்புச் சத்து நிறைய உண்டு. மற்றும் வைட்டமின் ‘எ’, ‘பி’ சத்துக்களும் உண்டு. நரம்புத் தளர்ச்சி, வயிற்றுப் புண், சொறி, சிரங்கு, கண் கோளாறுகள் போன்றவற்றையும் குணப்படுத்தும் இயல்பு இதற்கு உண்டு. காச நோயின் துன்பத்திலிருந்து விடுபட வைக்கும். இக் கீரையை உணவாக சமைத்து உண்பவரின் தலைமயிர் நரைக்காது.
