Action:

Diuretic, Refrigerant, Laxative and Sedative.

Uses:

This is the seed of wild mango. This gives strength for the body and it is used in ‘Lehyams’. If it is consumed regularly along with cow’s milk, it gives strength and energy. Dysuria, and burning sensation could be treated with this. This is also employed in anti-diabetic preparations. This increases the quantity of semen.
